BSI Design is very familiar with the benefits of solid surface to provide clean and hygienic surfaces that are safe for food use, so when it came to building their trade show booth portraying a food service station, they knew exactly what product they wanted to use. BSI’s vision called for a modern, seamless look with highlighted curves and pops of color. They were concerned how products would hold up with the compound radius and sharp angles they wanted to thermoform, and they wanted to find the perfect colors for their brand without settling.

Having worked with Avonite Surfaces® Acrylic Solid Surface in the past, they knew it was the exact product they needed in order to overcome the challenges they were facing with color selection and the ability to thermoform a compound radius. It can be used in vertical or horizontal applications, can be applied in straight or curved lines, and can be thermoformed into a myriad of shapes.

Using Ice White as the foundation of the booth and Jungle to bring in pops of color, BSI worked to create a unique booth that didn’t only represent their brand, but would also represent the quality and features needed in food service.

The result was a showstopper. “Our trade show booth attracted a ton of traffic. The Ice White with inlays of Jungle stood out as the best piece of not only our booth, but really popped amongst the rows of generic booths,” raved BSI’s designer.
